Thanks to a generous initiative from the Community Foundation of the North Okanagan (CFNO), we had the opportunity to collaborate with several local non-profit organizations to help amplify their stories through video. This continues our first work with CFNO and Purppl, sparked by the inspiration of the Uncharitable documentary shown in Coldstream. Huge thanks to Leanne Hammond and Jude Brunt for trusting us with these important stories.
The first release spotlights Land to Table, a growing network working to build a thriving, resilient regional food system. We’re also proud to share our second video featuring Vernon & District Immigrant & Community Services Society, where we witnessed firsthand the care, dedication, and joy that go into welcoming new neighbours. These stories are about connection, inclusion, and the quiet, powerful work happening every day in our community.
Ultradeck
UltraDeck has been at full throttle. From the Vancouver Boat Show to exciting new partnerships and ambassador content, their brand continues to grow across North America. We loved helping introduce their newest Brand Ambassador, Jen from Grit N Glory Guided Fishing — a lifelong angler who lives for time on the water and trusts UltraDeck to keep things steady on every trip.
We’re also excited to help share the news of UltraDeck’s new permanent shop in South Florida. While mobile service continues, this new indoor space allows for templating, scanning, and installs under one roof — a major milestone as the brand continues to expand.
Lots more to come. Own a boat? Checked out Ultradeck.ca yet?

Tough Lies - The Golfer’s Podcast
Honest Conversations in Golf
We’re seven episodes deep into Tough Lies – The Golfer’s Podcast, and the conversations are just getting better. Hosted by PGA Tour veteran Richard Zokol and marketing strategist Colin McDougall, the show dives into the topics many golfers think about — but rarely discussed openly.
From the mental side of competition to modern professional golf and the narratives shaping the game, Tough Lies offers thoughtful, experience-driven dialogue. No hot takes for clicks — just honest conversations, insider stories, and a genuine love for the game that’s not afraid to question it.
Promotions are in high gear for CARE (Climate Action Ripple Effect) as they gear up for 2026. CARE turns climate anxiety into meaningful local action, empowering students and citizens to see how their voices and choices matter in building more sustainable communities.
Working with students in grades 6–12 across Vernon and the Central Okanagan, CARE connects education, mentorship, and real-world projects tied to nature, agriculture, energy, waste, and community health. The work culminates in CARE Expos, where ideas are celebrated and supported — creating ripple effects that extend far beyond the classroom.
This past summer, we had the honour of helping Zelaney Farms celebrate 40 years in the Okanagan. Together, we told a story rooted in family, land, and legacy — spanning generations from Brian and Rachelle to parents Albert and Natalie, and onward to their grandchildren.
Spending time on the farm revealed something special: hard work paired with genuine joy. From sunrise harvests to laughter in the rows, farming felt less like a job and more like a shared way of life. Huge thanks to the Zelaney family for trusting us to help tell a story that felt as real, warm, and grounded as the farm itself.
